Information in the editable grants

The permission worksheet accepts actor names, resource descriptions, data-class labels, proposed actions, approval gates, permission owners and scope rationales. A permission owner may be a person or a business role. You decide what to enter; use role labels and controlled identifiers wherever a personal name or sensitive resource description is unnecessary.

How the browser uses the rows

The local script reads these values to identify incomplete rows and a small set of permission-review patterns. It updates the table and review messages in page memory. It does not connect to an identity provider, inspect a live agent, query a directory or change any system permissions. The fictional example appears when the page loads and can be restored with Load worked example.

Adding, editing or removing a grant changes the current in-memory record. The site does not save the rows to local storage or a server-side account. Reloading or closing the page ends the edited session and returns to the example on a new visit. Removing rows does not delete a CSV file that you downloaded earlier.

CSV files remain your responsibility

Download CSV creates permission-matrix.csv on your device. Its cells include the current actor, resource, data label, action, approval gate, owner and rationale. The file may include an unfinished draft. Decide who may receive it and use approved storage with appropriate access and retention controls. This worksheet does not email, synchronize or upload the exported table.

Technical page requests

The static host receives connection information needed to deliver this page, including requested URLs and ordinary browser and network information. The site loads Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user-data and ad-personalization consent initially default to denied; consent-mode requests may still contain technical visit information. The local result event carries a fixed tool identifier and does not include matrix cell values or the downloaded CSV.
